This month, Royston House welcomed winter with a sunset dinner on the historic Queenslander’s verandah, overlooking the magnificent Great Dividing Range, as part of the annual Eat Local Week event in the Scenic Rim.

The event showcased a rustic grazing feast menu prepared by Chef Simon Gelling, of locally sourced produce alongside a diverse selection of wine from Witches Falls Wines,  A surprise visit from Marina Machado was the perfect end to the evening providing guests with a generous pouring of the most delicious salted caramel sauce with dessert!
