Homage Restaurant
Homage Restaurant is set on 12,000 acres at Spicers Hidden Vale. Just one hour from Brisbane and on some of the most fertile farming soil in the Southern Hemisphere – the award-winning Homage Restaurant, led by Executive Chef Ash Martin and Head Chef Simon Furley, has a real sense of place.
With our market garden, orchard, mango trees and beehives to harvest from, ingredients are either grown onsite or sourced from producers who live just down the road. As a result, our menus are spontaneous and ever changing.
Homage accolades include two Chef Hats from the 2020 Australian Good Food Guide and one Chef Hat from the 2019 Good Food Guide.
